Is there a minimum amount I need to donate?

No. Any amount you wish to donate in support of our troops and their families will be gratefully accepted and appreciated. It is not the amount that matters but the gift itself.

How can I make a contribution to Homefront America?

You may donate by making your check, money order, or cashier’s check payable to Homefront America. In addition, you may also donate using your Visa or Mastercard by going to the Donate page on our website.

Is it safe to submit my credit card online?

Yes. The encryption and https security protocol we employ is a high-grade industry-standard security protocol. This protocol makes it extremely difficult for anyone to intercept information submitted to us electronically.

What if I am not comfortable with submitting my credit card information online but would like to donate using my credit card?

You may go to the donate page on our website to print out the form, fill in the required information, and fax the donor card to us at (949) 248-9468. If you prefer, you may mail the form to us at Homefront America, 27375 Paseo La Serna, San Juan Capistrano, CA 92675. Please be sure to sign the card authorizing the gift.

Will I receive a receipt for my donation(s)?

Yes. Your donations will be acknowledged in writing. The receipt will be mailed to the address we have on record.

Are my donations tax-deductible?

Yes. Your gift(s) to Homefront America is tax-deductible minus the value of any goods or services you may receive for the contribution to the extent allowed by the IRS.

Is Homefront America a tax-exempt organization?

Yes. Homefront America is a recognized 501(c)(3) tax-exempt charitable organization by both the Internal Revenue Service and the Franchise Tax Board. A copy of our federal and state letter of determination for tax-exempt status can be found on our website under “legal and compliance.”

If you are a military service member and/or spouse—active duty military, active duty national guard, or active duty reservist—and require assistance, you may qualify to receive assistance. Please complete an application assistance form, and submit the application along with the necessary required documentation to the address shown on the application. PLEASE BE SURE BOTH THE APPLICATION AND DOCUMENTS ARE LEGIBLE.

If I wish to volunteer my time or service to Homefront America, what is the procedure I need to follow?

If you wish to join our team of dedicated volunteers in honoring and supporting our military service members and their families, please complete our Volunteer Application Form and submit the Volunteer Application along with the Volunteer Consent and Code of Ethics to the address shown on the application.
